It's amazing. I ask for things, and then people give me things. I love this system.

First on the list. I decided that $60 a month to commute a measly 2 and half miles to work is retarded and cars are for bitches. Matt, being a psycho bike enthusiast, immediately presented this from his loins. And by loins, I mean he picked up the frame at the Village Discount thrift store and then pimped it out with all his crazy techdog parts. Yay Bike!

Next up, my boxes. I was researching some sites for work and came across these little squirelly dudes on the Chiasso site. $148! My Ass! I could make one! Then I realized this statement was entirely untrue, seeing as I do not own a saw of any type, and certainly not of the table saw type that would be required to make these boxes. I called my dad to ask him if I could use his table saw. Being the wise man he is, he responded "Why don't I make them? Is no biggie" (On a side note: my father did not say this because I am a girl and cannot use a table saw. He has let me use the table saw before. He declined my idea simply on the grounds of my clumsiness. He is very wise). Lo and behold, I now have MDF boxes which I will cover in foam and fabric. This project will require a staple gun, which is always a good thing. I do love a good staple-gunning.

And, finally, my super awesome flowers. Ok, no one made this for me. This was done all on my own. I planted these like a ninja in the middle of the night. The large brustley things in the middle of the pots are lilies which will be blooming shortly. Then I'll show you.
