CutieCooties.com - Pretty little wares for your bad self
HUGE in Japan. Really Huge! And not at all embarrassing!

We were doing some very important research at work last Friday and came upon a little known fact that made me change my pants.

Did you know Edward Furlong had a successful career as a musician?

If you answered "no", did you know Edward Furlong did anything besides Terminator 2?

from imdb: "In 1992, he launched a successful music career in Japan and is still extremely popular with Japanese girls today. His debut song "Hold On Tight" even beat Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" to #1 on the Japanese charts."

!!!!!!!!!! it gets better...

"Modelled for labels such as Gap and Calvin Klein and has advertised for Japanese food company, Hot Noodle."

Did they say Hot Noodle? Are these the 3 most hilarious lines ever written in the history of time?

i know. i suck. and haven't posted in 50 majillion years. But it is about -7,000,000,000 degrees outside, and that realy hinders me from doing anything productive. Unless productive means laying in bed until 3:30 in the afternoon. In that case, I am super productive.

Brianne and I went to a screening of The Life Aquatic last Wednesday, and it was totally worth the $10 to park at AMC River East (although I am never paying that much for the priviledge of storing my car in a giant concrete box again). I totally heart Wes Anderson, even if he is the creepiest looking guy in the history of time. The Life Aqautic is much much much dryer than Rushmore or The Royal Tenenbaums, so if you sat through his previous films kind of giggling uncomfortably because you *kinda* got it, you are gonna hate this one. Very dry. It made me thirsty. But I love the French Bowie covers. Delicious.

on the scale of "heinous" to "totally bitchin", i give it a "you have no soul if you think you have to ask; totally bitchin - duh."

THEN.....

oceans12.jpg

I went to see Ocean's Twelve
on Saturday, mostly because I was embarrassed that it was 5pm on a Saturday and I was still in my PJs. It was really funny and I wasn't too bummed about spending money on a ticket. It's like chocolate the week after Halloween. You still like chocolate, and are glad it's there, and will eat it, but you have had an awful lot of chocolate. Did that make any sense? Topher Grace's cameo is awesome. He is so my boyfriend.

on the scale of "heinous" to "totally bitchin", i give it a "good time sucker in an OK way"

AND......

Napoleon Dynamite on DVD today. buy it for me NOW!
