The kid that had both of his arms ripped off by a turning driveshaft (it is a story that has been on several shows) would probably tell you that the warning label is pretty much depicting what would happen, but in a nicer way.
If you haven't seen the story before, the kid has his arms ripped off by some farm machinery on the family farm, then went to the house used a pencil to call 911 then went and sat in the tub until help came, as he didn't want to bleed on his mom's floor. Pretty fascinating what the human body can take. They were able to reattach the arms and I believe they showed that he does have some functionality from them although very limited.
