If you haven't seen it, it is an ultra-cheesy magazine published out of London. They seem to love pointing out stupid American fads, and that we rumor ourselves into cheap trends.

I guess I stopped noticing jelly bracelets after the 80's (dating myself). Those things were huge during the Madonna-Material-Girl 1980's and I didn't realize that they had made a come back (so to speak).
