"CREED CALL IT QUITS
Multi-platinum Florida rockers CREED have decided to break up after nine years together. Three members, including guitarist MARK TREMONTI, have formed ALTER BRIDGE with MAYFIELD FOUR singer-songwriter MYLES KENNEDY, and will release "One Day Remains" in August. Frontman SCOTT STAPP has recorded a solo track for an August compilation inspired by the film "The Passion of the Christ," and he plans to make his solo debut with Canadian band the TEA PARTY.

btw, I also heard on Mancow this morning that Stapp is a real tub-a-lub too. A bad day for Creed is an absolutely AWESONE day for humanity.
